Workout / weight loss diet question?

Hi, I'm 6 '3 ", 270 lbs, I have the training usplabs Jack3d for about 3 weeks as under. Right on the Jack3d I lost £ 15 through the work from. Originally weighed 285 pounds … Yesterday I bought usplabs oxyelite professional, my question is, should I eat every day morning, noon and night? Currently, I have now had the tuna and a bannana for breakfast and just tuna (canned btw) lunch. I drive very seriously every other day Today is my day off. Any comments would be great! Thank you!

The best protein for the development and building muscle is whey. Get the fat-free style and add two balls, there are some fat-free soy milk before and after exercise. The banana is also good. Nothing wrong with more fruit The potassium in bananas helps with muscle contractions and fatigue. I would continue to bananas . Eat Raw is always best, of course. Your weight seems a little high for 6 '3 "so I would try to do more cardio. You need to cardio for at least 2-3 hours a day to do if you are serious about losing weight. Any type of cardio is good, but try to mix it but not do the same. Weight lifting should do every other day you give your muscles recover and can not hurt. You could work different muscle groups everyday and that would do the same work than just weight lifting every other day. You could mix the banana with other fruits and perhaps a fruit salad. I would limit low sugar fruit or your portion size though. The sugar will help you out of energy for the work, but too much sugar your blood sugar levels make up and then down again too quickly, something very similar to crash or burn out. As for other supplements, you really do not need it, when you get the whey. The whey protein will come with everything you need. Some supplements can actually be dangerous, so I would try to stay away from them for this reason.
